The ladies of the church meet regularly throughout the year.
We enjoy meals, guest speakers, outings and the good company of each other.
Our Tuesday ‘exercise to music’ sessions have proved popular.
All ladies are invited to join us in the church hall at 8pm for an hour of gentle exercise/dance to music.
Age and fitness are no barrier! It’s £3 per session and proceeds go to church funds.
